Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating a Gatherlane account or using the service, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not create an account or use Gatherlane.

2. The service

Gatherlane is an event workspace for planners, vendors, clients, and team members. Features include timelines, messaging, documents, Gatherlane Sign e-signatures, invoices, and payments. We may add, change, or remove features as we improve the product.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Do not share credentials or use the service for unlawful purposes.

4. Payments & platform fees

Invoice payments may be processed through Stripe Connect. When a connected planner or vendor account receives a payment through Gatherlane:

  • Gatherlane collects a platform application fee of 2.7% of the invoice amount (configurable by Gatherlane; the rate in effect at checkout applies).
  • Stripe processing fees are charged separately by Stripe to the connected account and are not Gatherlane's platform fee.
  • You are responsible for taxes, payouts, and compliance related to your business and Stripe account.

Subscription or trial pricing for planner plans, when billing is enabled, is shown in Billing settings and may change with notice.

5. Gatherlane Sign

Contracts and invoice acknowledgements may be signed in-app with Gatherlane Sign. Signed PDFs and signature evidence are stored with the related event. Electronic signatures are intended to evidence agreement between the parties; Gatherlane is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice.

6. Content & collaboration

You retain rights to content you upload. You grant Gatherlane a license to host and display that content as needed to operate the service for your events. Respect other users and the people connected to your events.

7. Availability

Gatherlane is provided as-is while we continue building. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Features, pricing, and policies may evolve; material updates will be posted on this page.
